A huge welcome to all you fabulous Moms. Thank you so much for asking me to speak today and I really hope you came away with some valuable information to start (or continue) incorporating healthier eating habits into your lifestyle. There was so much information to cram in to such a short time, but I hope what I had to say at least got you thinking of how you can trim your family’s budget.
If you are new, please remember you can always ask for help! Everyone has to start somewhere. We have a really helpful little online community here. Leave comments on specific posts with questions or email me at email@example.com.
You can easily subscribe to my blog (for free) through various methods. In the top right corner of the blog, you can choose to subscribe via email (get daily updates), Twitter (automatically updates with every post), Facebook (time-sensitive deals) or RSS feed (continually updates).

If you are just getting started or wanting to streamline your budget, here is a great free resource that helps you track your monthly spending. This is the 2013 version and she will be releasing a new version soon.
Each month when the Costco home mailer comes in the mail, I trek on in and write down all the prices for the sale items and do a pretty extensive write-up. I include comparisons to smaller sized packages (per ounce, per pound) and let you know what I think is a good deal. The new home mailer starts this Thursday November 21st, so I should have the full match ups done by tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday 11/20).

Last but not at all least, if you are on Pinterest you can follow me here.
I had a lot of fun talking with you today. I wish I could have talked for hours, this is such a big topic. There are so many different avenues to explore, it’s hard to touch on all of it in one short time frame. Thank you again for including me in your meeting today. Please let me know if there is anything we covered that I forgot to link to. Good luck on your journey!
