Totally out of Q-tips and I refuse to use any other brand. This deal could NOT come at a better time! YAY!

Melody May 21, 2011 at 4:24 am

Oh man, I totally agree! There are some things that I will go generic or store-brand on, but absolutely not ear swabs. No comparison! 🙂

Deanna moore May 26, 2011 at 5:00 pm

Amen! I have been waiting for these.

Jessica May 21, 2011 at 9:25 pm

There is also a $4/2 coppertone coupon in the Albertson’s summertime book!

Melody May 21, 2011 at 9:27 pm

I do have that one listed, but it’s only valid on the spray products. I found those online for $9.99 each, so $15 for two. Minus the $4 coupon, plus $3 in Rite Aid store coupons, makes them $4 each. I would say decent price only if you really need it.

Last year we were able to get sunscreen for free, so I’m still holding out hope! 🙂

Leslie May 21, 2011 at 11:48 pm

We got the BOGO on Degree as well as the 75 off coupon in the Oregonian…can these be combined?

Melody May 22, 2011 at 2:49 am

You should be able to, as long as the “premium” kind that is listed on the BOGO coupon is included. I’m not entirely sure what premium deodorant is? Is there a picture on the coupon that shows a different type of product? If not, you should be able to use them together!

Leslie May 22, 2011 at 2:50 am

I am headed over there first thing in the morning so I will report back on how the deal works out! Thanks!

Melody May 22, 2011 at 2:51 am

Thanks Leslie! We don’t get our coupons until early Sunday morning, but I’m hoping to head up as well to check it out. GREAT price if you can use both coupons!

Leslie May 22, 2011 at 8:39 pm

Success! Both the BOGO and the 75/1 coupon worked at my Rite Aid on the regular Degree that was on sale.

Becky May 24, 2011 at 8:03 pm

Did you buy men’s or women’s….I tried to buy the men’s and they were not ringing up on sale. thanks!

theresa May 22, 2011 at 12:53 am

caress printable not working for me

Melody May 22, 2011 at 2:47 am

Unfortunately, there aren’t any Caress printables available. The coupon I have listed should come in Sunday’s Red Plum coupon insert.

Sarah May 22, 2011 at 2:16 am

I tried to use the NYC $5 off $10 this past week at my Rite Aid and they wouldn’t take it stating that although there are barcodes on the coupon the type of barcodes used are not recognized by Rite Aid’s system. The cashier stated she couldn’t even manually override it because they would be unable to get reimbursed. Anybody else have that problem? How can you get around this?

Melody May 22, 2011 at 2:50 am

I really don’t have a very good answer for you on that one. Would the barcode not scan at all? I haven’t tried to use the coupon yet, but the store should get reimbursed for it no matter what, as long as you are buying the correct product. Did you speak to the manager?

Mary B May 23, 2011 at 1:07 am

Hi all~

Not a new couponer, but new to Rite Aid deals. (Our nearby store is, well-disturbing. So, we never go there.) There is another not too far from my job I do go to now.

OK, so a heads up to all: somehow, I managed to copy in the Neutrogena deal from 5/10 into last week’s ads I would be shopping for. They were out of almost everything I needed, so I just got the Neutro and 2 toothpaste. I used $26 in UP rewards. However, it didn’t ring up on sale and we couldn’t find it in the ad. The clerk insisted I just needed to call the 800 # and they will help adjust it and also send me a Up reward for it. I asked and she reassured me that I could return if it didn’t work. (I paid $7.99 x 4!).

I figured out my huge error and brought them back this morning. I only paid $7 out of pocket, so that is all they would give me back….so, I would have lost all of my UP rewards. After a little (very nice) discussion with the store manager, he let me have the credit back for them. So, lesson learned—only spend UP reward on something you know you may not have to return!!

Jenn May 23, 2011 at 4:55 pm

You should get all of your Up rewards back as well! They can give you store credit for anything that you didn’t pay OOP. Call corporate!!!

Jennifer A May 23, 2011 at 3:48 am

The Bausch & Laumb Alaway at the Springfield, OR Right Aid is $14.99 each, not $12.99. Still a good deal though.

Brenna May 26, 2011 at 9:41 pm

Lysol Healthy Touch hand soap kit $7.99
– $3/1 printable
Stack with $1/1 Video Values coupon (April)
Receive $2 +UP Reward (limit 4)
$1.99 after reward!

**What is the video values coupon, and since it came out in April, will I be able to find this coupon still? Also, I’m just a Bronze member at Rite Aid, will I still be able to get at least $2 off purchase, even though it is not a Rite Aid brand?

Melody May 26, 2011 at 11:31 pm

The Video Values coupons are Rite Aid store coupons that you earn by watching videos here: http://riteaid.adperk.com/

The videos for April you would have had to watch last month, then the coupons stay in your account for another month. For this month, if you sign up for an account, watch all the videos that are available (the videos will be pulled on Saturday night) and then those coupons will be in your account until the end of next month.

The amount of the +UP Reward doesn’t change based on what Wellness+ discount level you are at, you will get the $2 regardless. The only time your Bronze level would come into play is on regular-priced items and Rite Aid store brand.

I hope that answered your questions, let me know if I can help at all.

Brenna May 28, 2011 at 11:33 pm

Looking into the Febreze Noticables Warmer, and wondering what the Home made booklet is that saves a dollar. Can you explain?

Melody May 28, 2011 at 11:37 pm

Those are coupon booklets you can request throughout the year that come in the mail. Here is a link to one I found: http://www.startsampling.com/sm/100900/quickQuestion.iphtml?item=100900&source=FEBSO

You won’t get it for 6-8 weeks, but nice to request now and save the coupons for a later deal. There are some decent coupons in each booklet.
