Plum District: Deals on Summer Camps, Discount Code & 3 lucky readers will win $10 codes!

by Emilie on March 20, 2012

Today, Plum District  is launching new offers on summer camps in several different areas.  I have linked to their Seattle site but if you are in another area, you can go to your local page and check out the available camps there.

They are also offering 10% off any deal when you use promo codes visa10 and  address10.  Each code can be used once per account. This could amount to a pretty significant discount on a summer camp! Typically, you can only use one discount code per purchase.

Plum District has generously offered to give three readers a $10 voucher to use  for the Plum District deal of their choice.  Your code is valid towards all Plum District deals, except for Plum Steals and doesn’t expire until 6/30/12.

Let us know what your favorite summer camp memory is! If you don’t have one, what summer camp would you like to send your child (or future child) to?

  • Follow Plum District on Facebook so you don’t miss any of the deals on summer camps.  They will be posting new camp deals as they become available!

This will give you a total of 3 possible entries.  Please make sure your email address is correct in your comment as this is the only method I have to contact you.

This giveaway will end on Thursday March 22nd at 8 PM PST.  Once I choose a winner, you will have 24 hours to respond with your contact information.

Good luck!

I spent most of my summers at a sleep away camp in California. My parents would out me on the bus and off I would go with 20 others campers high in to the mountains. It was the best time. Sleeping under the stars, tin foil dinners made in the campfire, long hikes to hidden waterfall slides. I loved getting care packages from my mom with tons of candy to share with other campers. Two to 4 weeks later I would come back home dirty and happy. So glad my parents sent me as I am sure it cost them a fortune.

I used to go to an overnight church camp for 1 week. As a young kid, the camp seemed like it was so far away from home. The most exciting was on the first day you got to choose your one activity for the week that you participated in every day. Everyone wanted horseback riding or trampoline. Nobody wanted to get stuck with swimming – the pool was too cold (Oregon)! Lots of fun and good memories!

My favorite summer camp was when I was about 12 years old. It was a day camp, except for 1 night was an overnight trip in the forest. It was beautiful and so much fun!

My favorite camp experience was working the summer at camp as a dishwasher, I think I liked that I had so much free time outside of meal times and I got to participate in the activities but I didnt have lights out as all the younger campers.
