Hear success stories, discuss challenges, explore institutional buying, find a farmer or buyer, and learn about barriers and opportunities to making farm-to-table purchases and sales. Local farmers, buyers, and consumers are encouraged to attend.
Keynote speakers will be Sheri and Daniel Salatin from Polyface Farms. You can attend the symposium and afterwards, meet at the Hub for a “Farm to Table Dinner”.
