How does the TP price compare to Kirkland brand?

Melody May 16, 2012 at 2:10 pm

The last time I checked, the Kirkland TP was $.94/100 square feet and this worked out to $1.12/100 square feet. Definitely cheaper than Charmin at Costco, even on sale.

JHollyhock (aka Jennifer H.) May 21, 2012 at 9:42 pm

We usually compare our TP by price per square as we mostly use TP by number of squares. So for us that is about 1.2 cents per square for Kirkland TP and 1.3 cents for the MD. It ends up being something like 28.8 cents more per package…(I think it is a lot softer then the Kirkland and bought a couple packages for a treat. I tried to buy some more on Saturday night, but they were all out.)

Loving the organic berry price, the Skippy natural peanut butter price, and the Tillamook butter price this week!!!

I noticed that the save $4 on 10-item deal from last week was still running this week. And as usual, there are many more items participating than what was in the weekly ad last week.

I also picked up some boxes of Barilla pasta for $.80 each, that sale price was good for longer than this week, but I don’t know the end date.

Another thing I spotted was some store brand travel antibacterial wipes, pack of 15 for $1.09. I used the $1 off antibacterial wipes coupon from that awesome store-brand diaper coupon packet, and got them for $0.09. They were on a rack near the endcap of the household cleaning products aisle.
