What to expect from TBFL in February

With February right around the corner, I wanted to give you a heads up on what is to come.  For the month of January, we focused on fitness and healthy habits.  We will continue to post on those topics, as we want them to be prevalent each and every day and all throughout the year.  Here are a few of our favorite posts from January:
