When I saw this reusable kids squeeze pouch called the Beaba Babypote on Amazon, I knew I had to try it! My kids love the disposable fruit pouches but at about $1 per pouch, they are expensive and I don’t like how much waste they create. The Babypote is $15.95 on Amazon and qualifies for free shipping with Amazon Prime or with a qualifying $25 purchase.
So, without further ado, here is a short video of me showing how it works. Please excuse the dirty dishes in the sink.
After finishing the video, I was telling my friend (who kindly filmed it for me with her mouth covered so she wouldn’t laugh at me) that I didn’t do a good job of describing how great it was. It’s just so easy to fill, clean and use. It gets five stars for simplicity!
The only drawback I can see is that their is no valve on the opening so if you tipped it over and squeezed, it would spill. For my kids, they have gobbled up whatever is in it so fast, we haven’t had the temptation to do that.
My conclusion, these are awesome and although pricey, totally worth it in my book. I have one that the kids are fighting over and I’m planning to buy two more so each kid has one and I can take them for on the go snacks and send them in school lunches.
Please remember: Amazon prices can change very quickly. Please verify that the price is the same as what I post before purchasing. As of 8/24/12 at 9:47 pm, this listed price was accurate.
