What will I be picking up?

I am smack in the middle of a “Staying out of the Grocery Store” challenge AND we just sold our house, so I’m trying to do as little shopping as possible.  Mainly because we’re so busy, but also because I just don’t want to pack and move anything else.   Since we will be moving into our new house right around the time this mailer ends, I will most likely do a huge shopping trip in that last week.

I won’t have been stocking up on anything all month, so we’ll definitely pick up our usual suspects.  On top of that, I will be picking up the Izze drinks (my husband loves them!), the mayonnaise for our Honey Mustard Salad Dressing and the Annie’s variety pack for possible preschool snacks.  To replenish our stockpile, I will pick up both AA and AAA batteries (the price generally can’t be beat), the Cottonelle toilet paper (great price!), Ziploc bags and Glad ForceFlex trash bags.  If you have not used the Glad bags, you are seriously missing out.  I’m excited for this month, perfect timing for us to stock up our new house!

You can read all about my favorite things to pick up at Costco here.

I recently updated my Pantry/Household Stock-Up List with tons of Costco prices.  If you are looking for a specific price or looking to compare a Costco price with what I consider a stock-up price, definitely check out the list.

What will you be picking up this month?

The kids Gummy Vites are always a good deal when on sale! So much easier than chasing a sale on vitamins. :)

I use Salonpas religiously – they are little white patches in a green box for relief of minor aches/pains. I’ve used them for years and while I don’t know the exact price point, when they go on sale/coupon at Costco, I stock up. This time it’s a limit of 1 per customer for the coupon, which is a bummer. It’s 5.69 with the coupon for a box twice the size as what you get at Walgreens. I use these on my neck and shoulders when I’m stressed or fearing a migraine attack – they really help keep headaches to a minimum and soothe muscle aches. I’ll be begging all my friends with a Costco card to buy a box for me!

Is the Cottonelle 1-ply or 2-ply?
