Three out of the four members of our family have birthdays in August, within less than one week of each other.  I thought it was only appropriate to post a round-up of all our favorite birthday freebies and promotions in what has to be considered the month of the Hansen family.

When eligible, I do try to sign up every member of the family as there are some places that will let us use three free or discounted items at a time.  After I’m done convincing them that I’m not trying to scam them and we really do have birthdays really close together.

• Anthropologie – Sign up for their email list and receive a rare discount code for your birthday month

• Applebee’s – Sign up for their email list and receive a birthday surprise

• Aveda Birthday Program – Sign up for their mailing list and receive a free Personal Blends Pure-Fume or body care product (up to $24 value)

• Baskin Robbins – Sign up for the Birthday Club and get discounts on birthday cake and a free scoop of ice cream

• Benihana – Sign up for the Chef’s Table and get a $30 voucher valid for the entire month of your birthday

• Black Angus – Sign up for their Loyalty E-Club and receive a free steak dinner on your birthday with the purchase of another entree

• Buca di Beppo – Sign up for eClub and get free appetizer plus a free brownie or small entree on your birthday

• Children’s Place – Sign up and receive a special birthday coupon on your birthday and your child’s

• Denny’s – Free Grand Slam breakfast on your birthday

• Dutch Bros Coffee – Some locations offer free drinks or other promotions on your birthday, check with your local shop

• Famous Dave’s – Sign up for the P.I.G. club and get a special birthday offer

• IHOP – Sign up and receive a free meal right away, on your birthday and on your 1-year anniversary of signing up

• Johnny Rocket’s – Sign up to receive a free hamburger instantly and a free hamburger on your birthday

• Panera – Sign up for MyPanera for rewards and a birthday freebie

• Papa Murphy’s – Sign up for the eClub and get free cookie dough on your birthday

• Pure Matters – Enter your email address and receive 15% off your entire purchase.

• Red Robin – Sign up for the Red Royalty card (must sign up in restaurant) and receive a free burger on your birthday.  Each adult must have their own card, but kids can be added to a card.  If you have three birthdays in one week, Red Robin will let you use all your freebies in one visit!  Even if you don’t have a Red Royalty card, if you tell them it’s your birthday, you will get a free sundae and they will sing to you.

• Space Needle – Sign up for the Celebration Club for special offers on your birthday and anniversary

• Starbucks – Register your Starbucks card and receive a free drink on your birthday

• Texas Roadhouse – Sign up for their email club (you can enter all your family members as well) and receive a birthday surprise

• Tony Roma’s – Sign up for the Roma Rib Expert Club and possibly get a free entree for your birthday

• World Market – Join World Market Explorer Rewards for a birthday surprise (possibly $10 off $10 purchase coupon)

• Barnes & Noble – Join the kid’s club and receive a free cupcake on your birthday

• Burger King – Join Club BK for special surprises on your birthday

• Chuck E. Cheese – Sign up for emails and receive exlusive coupons and free tokens on your birthday

• Famous Dave’s – Sign up for the P.I.G. club and get a free Lil Wilbur meal on your birthday

• Sonic Drive-in – Free Wacky Pack kid’s meal on your birthday

• Taco Time – Free kids meal on your birthday for kids 12 and under

• Toys R Us – Join Geoffrey’s Birthday Club and receive a special card and coupon on your birthday, plus an in-store celebration with a crown, balloon and announcement over the loudspeaker
