It’s grillin’ season folks! This is my go-to recipe for flank steak. After grilling, be sure to let the meat rest and then slice as thin as possible, against the grain. Perfect with grilled veggies!
Ingredients:
½ c. vegetable oil
¼ c. soy sauce
¼ c. red wine vinegar
2 t Worcestershire sauce
½ t ground ginger
1 t minced garlic
Directions:
Put all ingredients in baggie with 1 ½ lb. flank steak overnight. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 6-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
