This is a great resource that will give you several options for planning for the arrival of your chicken, preparing your chicken and TONS of different recipes to try.
The last time we had a Zaycon pick-up, I did a round-up of my favorite chicken recipes including those I use for freezer meals. You can also follow my Zaycon Pinterest board. I am constantly adding and updating to keep our menus fresh.
I am also tentatively planning a half cooking day on April 15th, using primarily Zaycon chicken. I still have a freezer full, so my hope is that I can do my cooking day using the chicken and then blog about my results before you all pick up yours. Hopefully, this will give you some ideas for prepping your chicken ahead of time.
