I am SO thrilled to be partnering with Ross Dress for Less again! I was recently contacted by Ross and they very generously offered me a $25 gift card to check out their Spring Shoe Event. I was pretty thrilled to have a weekend planned in Seattle with my husband (sans kids), which allowed me to do my shopping at the Downtown store.
I was really pleased with the selection and variety of shoes. They had styles for all occasions: sandals, flip flops, kids shoes, athletic shoes, boots, dressy shoes. I couldn’t believe the variety of athletic/running shoes they had and all for at LEAST 50% off what you would pay elsewhere. Everything is really reasonably priced, Ross is the perfect place to shop for families on a budget.
As a happy surprise, Emilie was able to meet me for a few minutes of chat and shopping and she found these adorable yellow flats that are perfect for Spring. They have several colors in the flower on top that makes them go with just about anything. Since they were only $14, I was able to pick up two fabulous tanks to help round out my Spring wardrobe. All for right around $25!
My husband did some browsing while we were there and found a backpack in a style he’s been looking for for just $22. He saw the same model up the street for almost $100. He’s a Ross believer now too.

I need shoes the most in my family because I’m the only one who cares about how they look with what I’m wearing. Everyone else (ahem … boys and my hubby) is very practical and only seems to need one new pair every 6 months.

I seem to always say I need to replace some of my ratty, old dress shoes, but never do (that money could be used for something else, always!). This would be perfect for that.

My daughter needs the shoes the most. It is not that she grows out of them. She is what you call, hard on shoes because she kicks everything when she is walking so there are scratches and sometimes even the shoes coming apart.

My husband needs shoes! The only ones he’ll buy for himself are the stark white trainers from Costco. I can’t buy him shoes on my own because he’s not there to try them on and if he’s with me he always decides he doesn’t need them. But trust me, he needs something different than those white trainers!
