$11.74 each after coupon or less than $.11/load

Complete Multi-Purpose Solution (2/16 oz) on sale $11.99 (limit 3)

FoodSaver Vacuum Sealing System on sale $119.99 (limit 3)
*This still seems pretty high, are there different models of these?  It seems like the same model is on sale at Amazon right now for $69.99.

KitchenAid Professional Stand Mixer (6 quart) on sale $289.99 (limit 3)
*This seems good based on some comparison shopping I’ve done

I also checked on some of the bath and body products in the coupon mailer, just to see if their prices could beat what we can generally find with coupons.  Nothing fantastic.  The Oral-B toothbrushes would be $1.25 each, to give you an example.

What will I be picking up?

I’m actually pretty well stocked as far as things go from the coupon mailer.  If I was low, I would have picked up the paper towels and toilet paper, Finish tablets and the KS laundry detergent (GREAT price).  On top of the things we always pick up each month, I will probably pick up some of the Starbucks French Roast.  It’s a great price per pound.  I’m attempting to talk myself into the Skinny Cow sandwiches as well.

I recently updated my Pantry/Household Stock-Up List with tons of Costco prices.  If you are looking for a specific price or looking to compare a Costco price with what I consider a stock-up price, definitely check out the list.

What will you be picking up this month?

So this is the first time I’m reading your costco match ups intensely – with a baby on the way and 2 cats in the house we recently decided to re join costco (stopped after starting couponing) and they are awesome! I REALLY like it when you take it down to the price we would find in the grocery store aka “Palmolive Dish Soap (90 oz) on sale $5.99 (limit 2)
*This is about $.66 per 10 oz bottle, which are the smaller sized bottles in the grocery store. Great deal!” That is by far the best comparison I have!

It actually helps me too! Coming from a few years of serious couponing, we have really started to get back into Costco. It helps me to compare my stock-up price at the grocery store with Costco’s (per ounce, per lb, etc). While I love Costco, not everything there is a fantastic deal so it helps to see it broken down like this.

Congratulations on your upcoming addition to your family!

This is also my first time visiting your website (found you through frugal living nw :) ) Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for doing the Costco match ups and breaking them down! I always struggled at Costco because I didn’t know if something was a great deal per item but now I will be better prepared as we are expecting our second little boy! They can definitely EAT! So thank you, thank you, thank you for your amazing website! Okay, that was a tad longer than I expected :)

I just found you for the first time through FLNW as well. I’ve been debating Costco for a while now and I’m seriously considering it. I’m wondering if between diapers and TP I could make up that $40 yearly fee – then everything else would be a bonus!

I’m going to review some of your past posts on costco to see what the trends are there.

Thanks a ton!
Debi
