Updated pantry/household stock-up list (including Costco comparison prices)

I have spent the last several months updating my Pantry/Household Stock-up Price List and I think it’s finally ready to share again.

A few changes I made:

• I went through each item and compared my previous stock-up price to the couponing trends from the last several months.  Unfortunately, I did have to increase my stock-up price on several items but I wanted the list to be as accurate as possible.

• I added several natural/organic items, as our family is leaning more and more towards less-processed foods.

• I went up and down every aisle in Costco, sometimes by myself and sometimes with family in tow.  I wrote down as many possible prices on items that are basic pantry staples.  Costco truly has some amazing prices, but not everything is a fantastic deal.  Hopefully this list will give you an idea of what I think are items worth picking up at Costco.

Whether you are a seasoned coupon shopper or are starting out the New Year with the resolution to lower your family’s grocery budget, I hope that this list will be a useful resource for you.
