Shaun T is also the choreographer for the Insanity program through Beachbody, which is the company that came out with P90X. I have done a few of the Insanity workouts and they are crazy effective. I really enjoyed following Shaun T, he’s upbeat and motivating without being obnoxious. The reviews I could find on this set of workouts were great!
I’m super happy with P90X and will continue to follow the program, but I think I may grab this Rockin’ Body Workout for when I want a little more cardio. I did want to try something new this year, and this is a really inexpensive way to do it.

Buyer beware. This Groupon is redeemed on Redtag.com and i have yet to this day to receive any CORRECT tracking info on my order which I was charged for last week. You will not receive within 14 days of ordering if you receive it at all!
That’s interesting, I ordered mine the day I posted and received my DVDs a few days ago. Have you tried contacting anyone?
