FYI – the free milk on the Kellogs/Keebler promo is not a Catalina! You have to take it right then and there….I have a LOT of milk in my fridge right now…LOL

That's awesome, I may have to pick up a few things, we can always use milk. Have you ever tried freezing it? Just in case you can't go through all the milk you have before it expires. We always freeze our milk and just take it out when we need it.

We have been freezing and thawing our milk for a while now and it works fine. Just remember to pour a little off the top before you freeze it (since it will expand) and let it completely thaw before using it. We usually bring out the next frozen one to thaw when we are on our last gallon.

How does freezing it work with the expiration date? Like how long does it last once it's thawed?

I don't really have a good answer for that, we go through it so fast once it has been defrosted! I just Googled and couldn't really find a good answer. Wish I could be more help.

I give it the sniff test every day, that's my scientific method. :)
